Karabo Moeng founded Westwood Private Group in Durban, South Africa in 2024. He leads the firm’s overall strategy and personally oversees every mandate from initial introduction through to final funding. With extensive experience structuring cross-border transactions, Karabo focuses on asset-heavy LBOs, renewable energy platforms, technology scale-ups, and luxury hospitality repositionings. Under his leadership, the firm has maintained a 100% close rate on signed mandates and an average execution time of 38 days. Karabo is committed to delivering discreet, high-conviction capital placements from Swiss single-family offices while preserving maximum flexibility and value for clients.

Tomis Rolis – JNR Mandate Acquisition Associate

Tomas Rolis joined Westwood Private Group in 2025 as Mandate Acquisition Associate. Based in the Netherlands, Tomas is responsible for sourcing and qualifying high-potential founders and sponsors actively raising €1M–€150M in capital. He identifies decision-makers through targeted outreach across professional networks and digital channels, ensuring every opportunity aligns with the strict criteria of our Swiss single-family office network. Tomas delivers consistent, high-quality mandates that feed directly into the placement pipeline, supporting the firm’s mission of rapid, confidential execution. His disciplined, results-oriented approach helps maintain Westwood’s reputation for excellence and trust.

Jorge Paulo De Lima Portela Rolis

Jorge Paulo De Lima Portela Rolis joined Westwood Private Group in 2025 as Mandate Acquisition Associate. Operating from the Netherlands, Jorge focuses on identifying and qualifying founders and sponsors actively seeking €1M–€150M in capital. Through targeted outreach and rapid assessment, he ensures all opportunities meet the rigorous standards required by our Swiss single-family office network. Jorge’s strong communication skills and methodical sourcing process contribute directly to the firm’s pipeline, enabling consistent delivery of high-conviction mandates. His role supports Westwood’s commitment to discreet, efficient capital placement while upholding the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
